    I have known anything about Ayurveda until I downloaded this book. It is an amazing way of healing your body holistically. It is fascinating to know that the wellness of the human being depends on a delicate balance between the mind, body and spirit. This caught my attention because this diet is very different from what almost everyone has known all along, focusing only on our food intake.

    My favorite part of this book are the recipes! I wouldn’t mind being picky when these are the types of food that I can eat which will help in the healing of my body. Many of us have been oblivious to what we are eating because of how busy we are but we o not realize that our body can give up on us anytime because of this.

    Wonderful recipies that were easy and very tasty. My favorites were the ones using chickpeas, very delicious. If you are new to Ayurvedic cooking or just want a few interesting meal ideas I would highly recommend this book
    I got so much out of this book! The recipes given were phenomenal and delicious. As a beginner with Ayurveda, I really liked the savory and sweet beginner recipes. Also, a very well written that should be shared with all health and fitness nuts alike!
    Before reading this book I wasn't really very familiar with Ayurvedic cooking and its techniques. Even though I've always been into healthier cooking options, I feel that Ayurveda cooking has many benefits that I want to take advantage of.

    This is a great overview of this cooking technique and very informative. I can't wait to try more of the recipes!
    What I really like about this book is that it goes into what each ingredient does for your health so that you can make an educated decision if it will be good for you. It even breaks down what foods are good for KAPTHA DOSHA, PITTA DOSHA and a few others, There are some delicious recipes as well. The one I particularly liked was the Cinnamon baked Pears... out of this world!
    Awesome book. I picked this book up because I get tired of eating the same old thing every day (meat and veggies) every day just to stay healthy. I am addicted to staying healthy, and am always learning new techniques and strategies. I have never hear of Ayurvedic Cooking before I picked up this book, but have been feeling amazing ever since I started implemented Ayurvedic Cooking techniques.
    There are so many different dietary plans and food recommendations out there. It can be so overwhelming to decide what diet plan to commit to. I first heard about Ayurvedic medicine from Deepak Chopra, whose philosophy I have great respect for and this book runs right in line with his teachings. This book not only gives you recipes that sound delicious and healthy, it provides a lot of information about its benefits and how to find your doksha. I am excited to try out the curried vegetables and mango chutney recipe. This book will be excellent for those seeking a more holistic approach to their diet.
    Another great book by Sarah Gray! Great recipes - totally new to me. It is my aim from since 2014 to change my life on a spiritual road. Learning about Ayurveda has opened a whole new world for me. In respect to diet, this book has alot of great and not to mention simple recipes. Most of all, I am always looking for recipes for ingredients that I can easily find my grocery store.

    I am surprised to see Mango Chutney recipe listed in this book. From my Caribbean background we always enjoy a good mango chutney. Another recipe that caught my attention is Split Pea Soup. I make this every weekend for my family excluding some of the ingredients I see listed in this recipe. I would definitely be preparing my Split Pea Soup this weekend with the ingredients listed in this recipe!
